Requirements:
Volunteers have access to shift calendars and can sign up for any shift that fits their schedule. For volunteers to remain in active status they must volunteer at minimum once a month. Additionally, volunteers are expected to attend a quarterly training which last 2 hours and cover any policy updates, center changes, and more.
Other example: Volunteers are expected to sign up for a weekly shift. (flexible schedule, reoccurring shift, minimum commitment, attending quarterly trainings)
