USO Indiana Delivers Halloween Cheer During COVID

USO Indiana delivered over 400 Halloween Packs to military families that included treats and activities. We provided a drive-thru pick-up for families at the NOSC Indianapolis, where we got to see families dressed up for Halloween. Treats were delivered to bases around the state who couldn’t pick up bags.
